Special invitation:  The ELCA will hold a listening post regarding an ELCA draft Social Statement on Human Sexuality. This will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, 73 Lancaster St., Worcester, MA, 10:30 am - noon on Thursday, June 5, 2008. Prepare for this meeting by visiting www.elca.org/faithfuljourney .

Elections this year: This year at assembly we will vote for three Synod Officers, eleven positions on the Synod Council, and 16 Voting Members to the 2009 Churchwide Assembly. Nominations will be received by a nominating committee for preparation for the assembly.
