Regional Gift Planner

Knute Ogren began as the ELCA Regional Gift Planner on April 2, 2007. The Gift Planner works with individuals as well as with congregations in encouraging planned giving. Whether through outright or deferred gifts, the church's mission is greatly strengthened by congregations that promote planned giving and by individuals who respond by faithful and careful planning - often by creating an estate plan. Besides the ELCA itself, the Lutheran Planned Giving Consortium in New England consists of the New England Synod, Calumet Lutheran Ministries (formerly Lutheran Outdoor Ministries of New England), Lutheran Social Services of New England, and the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia.
